Pricing questions
Can I make just one Club Spotlight Couple video?
Yes. The Single pack is a one-time payment of $9.90 for 10 credits, enough for one Standard 720p video: 10 seconds with a couple, 15 seconds with pets. There is no subscription to cancel.
How much does HD cost?
An HD video costs 20 credits, twice the Standard price, and comes out at 1080p instead of 720p. The video model charges about one and a half times as much for it.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay in your balance until you use them, for couples or pets, Standard or HD.
Is there a free trial?
No. There are no free credits; every video is paid for with credits from a pack.
What happens if a generation fails?
When a generation is confirmed as failed, its credits return to your balance automatically. Credits are returned, not cash, and a finished video you do not like is not a failed generation.
